Super location and super view from the room, and a nice room with space + good lighting. Staff was very helpful and nice, especially the receptionist from Argentina. We could stay in the room longer than until 12:00, which was comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious, a big choice and tasty juices.

- Great friendly staff. My toddler even got some toys from hotel staff and it made him very happy. - Amazing location just couple of minutes away from Tivoli Park and close to the big shopping street. Literally beside Metro station. - I loved the old feel and oldfashioned design. - Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had shower and bathtub to pick from and hotel provided us with toddler travel bed available in XL size which sleeps comfortably even 3 years old. Amazing! - Breakfast was really worth it and had plenty of options for everyone to pick. Really above average hotel breakfast.

Room was very spacious and the hotel is in a very central location. The room I had was very quiet despite being in a busy area. The floors of the hotels were very welcoming and charming with a lot of antique details.

Location great. Service great. They don't clean unless requested - ok, but they don't even replace toilet paper or replenish tea and coffee etc. It would also be better if they provided a cloth so that guests could wipe down the shower and sink. I applaud the "eco" policy but just think it could be made a little easier for guests. The breakfast was fine. I would go back. 🙂

The location next to City Hall is absolutely amazing. It made reaching everything we wanted to visit in Copenhagen very easy. Breakfast was delicious as well, with a variety of tasty options, and I believe it could accommodate anyone, although we haven't tried everything.

Breakfast selection was very nice; eggs were served boiled, scrambled, and as omelets. The bread was delicious. The breakfast area required a reservation with 3 time slots (07:00, 08:30, 09:45), which helped to avoid crowding and made it more comfortable. The hotel’s location was excellent. Although we arrived early, they allowed us to check in right away. After check-out, they let us store our luggage free of charge. Housekeeping also worked with a reservation system; we booked it every day and the cleaning was done properly without any issues.

Fantastic range of food for breakfast. One meat eater, one vegetarian, both very satisfied. Bedroom was very spacious and beds really comfortable. Loved the fact this hotels equips rooms with a kettle and fridge. So many hotels don’t and we do love a cup of tea in the evening! Great location, central and just across the road from the Metro.

The location was perfect, close to the train station, Tivoli and bars and restaurants in walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was excellent

That being said, it's located in the middle of everything significant with walking distance to all you need for a good weekend in CPH. Its location is ideal—walkable to plenty of great restaurants and attractions. The building itself has a cool historic charm while being updated with a modern, clean aesthetic that still preserves its character. The unique room layouts worked well for us as parents traveling with little kids. The staff was both accommodating and efficient, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.
